The house we bought was built in 1912, and comes with all of the fun aspects of owing a house that old. We discovered that none of the walls had any insulation at all; not even sawdust! When tearing open some of the walls, we also discovered that there are a few structural issues with the house. We have been working with Andrew's dad, Jerry, and the rest of the family to slowly start renovating more parts of the house, and every dollar helps!
